At Debricked we help companies use Open Source Components in a more efficient way. For this, we are developing state of the art products & technology that integrate into our customer's software development lifecycle. We help them manage all aspects of using open source and present insights and actions to be taken, generated by our product. We support some of the most excellent tech teams in the Nordics with customers such as the European Tech Unicorn Kry/Livi.

Now, we are looking for a hungry, motivated Sales Development Representative to help us scale! The role requires a hunter-mentality and skills to follow up on marketing generated leads and perform independent prospecting.

In the role as Sales Development Representative you will play a key role in growing our Business Development function, as well as building a best-in-class sales and marketing collaboration. Your effort will be the essential difference in how we can attract new customers to join our family, at a pace that will make other companies envy.

Responsibilities

  • Finding creative ways to identify prospects, create awareness and building demand, leveraging a mix of phone calls, emails, content, webinars, events and much more. 
  • Develop new business using any channels or methods to identify appropriate buyers, introduce our service and guide prospects through their buying journey.
  • Master Debricked's target market, business drivers, and strategies
  • Onboard, utilize, and evaluate new innovative tools for lead generation.
  • Track all activity and data quality thoroughly in our CRM system to support account and management teams.
  • Continuously analyze, refine, optimize and disrupt our business development process.
  • Execute the necessary daily activities to meet weekly/monthly goals

Qualifications

  • You master the science of Business Development through 2+ years of B2B sales experience. Working experience from the SaaS or High-tech field is highly beneficial.
  • You have the ability to communicate efficiently using e-mails, phone and social media to find new ways to get in touch.
  • You are structured, see the CRM system as your best friend and cannot live without your golden to-do list. Experience of working with HubSpot will be meriting.
  • You are curious and love to try out new channels, methods and tools to grab prospects' attention. 
  • You love data to find new insights to continuously improve ways of working.
  • You are fluent in business English and Swedish. Speaking any other European language will be meriting.
